David Liang grew up in Canton, China. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's of arts in Studio Art and History at Trinity College, Connecticut, USA. His artworks mainly concentrated on realistic oil paintings, and the contents were not limited to landscapes, portraits, or objects; they also focused on creating scenes to transmit philosophy and social discussion through his paintings. David was awarded “The Friends of Art” in Trinity College 2023 while featured in the “Personal History” exhibition to celebrate Trinity College’s bicentennial. In 2024, David brings his solo exhibition with a series of paintings, “Light & Darkness”, into the Poon Family Art Gallery.
